As we pretty much expected.
But this one seems to have been of shorter duration than previous ones. That’s a positive.

I think it may have been funnier if he’d said “I hope everybody’s NOT staring at my wiener”, but of course that’s makes Tanya’s reaction somewhat odd

I thought he had medicine but wasn’t taking it? Also, Kaleb seems to be becoming quite an exhibitionist or maybe he’s just enjoying being naked at home again? I wonder if the jerking triggered the seizure or if it was just a coincidence?
Changes in blood pressure and the like can affect the onset of seizures, and the *ahem* activity he was involved in would definitely affect more than just that aspect. Unfortunately brains are very complicated masses of smelly, fatty chemical production that don’t always react well to happy time, especially when the thinkmeats are broken or damaged like Kaleb’s..

Oh so smelly! It’s really rank with a meat and metal sort of stink that adds other biological elements that get worse the longer it’s exposed to air. And not sure about the beasts in this strip, but human and many mammal brains turn sort of green if exposed to prolonged heat while the menial flids turn into gelatin…sort of like a really fubar aspic.
I *really* hope this means you’re a medical professional… 😳

Agreed, the field of medicine has been needlessly politicized in the pursuit of profit.
90% of the field of medicine is artificially created problems for the sake of selling snake oil.

Some countries have free medications
Some countries don’t.
Some are in between.
Flora cannot afford medication
Therefore, the medication is not free.
The comic is based on something like the US where, in fact, medication is not free and the reality is that lots of people–and kids–go without because medication is too expensive.
Again, this is a fact that has nothing to do with politics.
So what makes that political…?
Well, can’t tell if Kaleb is joking, being sarcastic or being serious. But it looks like Tanya didn’t appreciate Kaleb’s comment.
