Perhaps, but you have to figure that at the moment he’s in shock and under a time crunch, the combination of which would hinder anyone’s decision making capabilities. Griff? Yeah, I give him credit for forward momentum at this point.
He could be handling it better, but there’s no manual to follow or guidelines to abide by when you discover your brother is a kit abusing scumbag, so I think he’s doing just fine under the circumstances.
Having said that, I certainly hope the chair against the door is to keep her out of his room, rather than keeping her locked inside hers though! The sooner he can get her to those grandparents the better.
I get that, I do, but I’m worried about Talitha; with everything she’s gone through, she needs delicate hands right now. I agree that he needs to get to her grandparents as soon as possible; I just hope they’re ready to handle her. Speaking of which, though, I still wonder where her mother is in all of this.
I was curious where her mother was as well, so I went back to read some old pages. Griff mentions she ‘bailed on him to go chase some rich cat’ and that he considers her a gold-digger who left her kid. So it would seem the mother is not in the picture.
As for the grandparents, I worry they’re not ready to deal with Talitha either.
In an early comic, she seems to suggest her mother is still in her life because she mentions her mother being on a honeymoon and that she’s staying with Ray longer because of that but maybe she didn’t know the full truth because she’s a kid?
Ray not telling her where her momma went most likely.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Griff’s terrified! I mean, I kinda see where he’s coming from, but still….Tali’s not some kind of unstoppable force of nature that you barricade up and hunker down to avoid.
True, but think about this: Tali does something with him, while he is asleep and tells later someone…. maybe her grandparents for example. And shortly after Griff is in the cell next to his brother. 😅

I know Griff is dealing with a lot but he’s handling the Talitha situation poorly. He really should take some time to explain her father’s situation.
