I’m glad to see that Kalab’s friends will return soon. it’s been awhile since we saw Munch and Paz. Something to look forward to in a future story line.
She mentioned to her dad that, when told where a baby comes from, she poked herself there. Said she couldn’t understand how a baby could come out of there, because just her finger hurt a lot. This was back when Colin first told her what had happened to Hunter.
If you look closely at the third panel, you can see several curved lines near Tanya’s knee. It’s obvious that Tali’s actions made Tanya decide to see if she was right about “pleasuring herself”. As a result of the rape, Tanya’s vagina isn’t as tight as it was earlier. So, as she pleasures herself, it doesn’t hurt like it did when she was talking to her father earlier.
Oh, this is going to be a painful discussion. She was unconscious during the rape, so Tanya wouldn’t have any recollection of it at all, nor why there isn’t pain or resistance anymore. What a wretched thing for her to discover…
I do, however, look forward to the point where we see Jestan get his dues. Petty of me, perhaps, but I’ve seen too many individuals get away with the most heinous crimes and would like to see some actual justice, even if it’s just in a fictional story.
Point. But she also had the ever living tar beat out of her, plus it’s not uncommon for victims of violence to block or ‘blackout’ the event or trauma. But yeah, you are right.
I think at this point what has happened to her hasn’t fully sunk in, even if she may actually KNOW, it hasn’t really processed yet.
Kind of like when you cut yourself really badly and you don’t even realize it, even when you do, you take action, stop the bleeding etc etc, but it doens’t actually HURT until hours later.
Hmm… Maurice is a cat. And Jestan is a cat. It would be interesting with Benni being invited. Not sure if CampionL will want to go the specie-ist route between Benni and cats.
And if Jestan is related in any way to Maurice, sparks (and fists) will fly!
