In addition to what was mentioned for the previous comic, it is not unusual for a younger sibling to be interested in things that the older ones are doing in the hope of being accepted. Hunter is no exception here, as he has no older brothers that he can relate to, but Kaleb and Benni have earned his trust to fill that role.
Among other things, I hope that different species can’t give each other STDs. Because Ben has been very sexually active, and not in a position to check on the health of the guys who took him. So, if inter-species Std’s are a thing…Hunter and Calib are going to have to deal with some nasty, leaky blisters.
And Ben is likely to find his new found happiness kind of gone now once this comes out. And there is no way that what they were doing, even if no diseases are involved, doesn’t come out.
This is essentially a fantasy world, but common sense if nothing else suggests that some interspecies diseases would evolve over time, simply as a matter of different species getting intimate enough with one another (not just sexually). Feral otters, for example, would hardly interact with feral foxes.
Benni was in fact checked specifically for STDs… we (the reader) just haven’t heard the results.

I was about to say, handjobs very infrequently lead to STD transmission. But you noticed 🙂
Ok, I’m willing to accept Benni teaching Kaleb, but I feel like Hunter is too young and Benni should have just said no to him or made some excuse.
