Flora gave Benni a #5 as spending money, and Colin spent nearly that much just on dinner for him and the Boys.
But I’ve been expecting this ever since Flora and Colin slept together the first time. 😄

I did a little research. Looks like Campion is actually pretty spot on. Older or first-generation drugs for seizures did cost from $5-$30 in the 90s. The new ones however where around $100 or more per month. 😅
So Kaleb gets the older ones. 😋
Colin is a really good guy. Is 25 primm like 25 dollars?
I’d assume the primm is a currency which hasn’t gone through much inflation, but that doesn’t jive with what we’ve seen previously of prices. Money must be REAL tight in the Veloux household.
… Or, as noted above, Campion might have missed out a 0 at the end.

Just to put the expense in perspective: in https://www.foresthillcomic.org/comic/stock-party/ , Flora got supplies for their weekend party for less than 30. That actually tallies with a 90’s era food budget.
